1 large Onion, diced
275g Celery Root, cut into small chunks (~2C, chunked)
2 Tbsp Butter
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
3/4 C Water
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp dried Basil
1 Beef bouillon cube
525g Cabbage, cut into large pieces(~4C, pieces)
3 large Potatoes, cut into large chunks
500g Italian Flat beans
4@ 400g/each cans of diced Tomatoes
1 jar @ 680g of Crushed Tomatoes(I use CIRIO brand "Passata Rustica")
3/4 C Water
3 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Penzey's Green Goddess
3/4 tsp Penzey's sandwich sprinkle
1 1/2 tsp Vegeta
1/2 tsp Oregano
