    100% Whole Wheat Rotini, 2 cup
    Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup cut in 2-inch pieces
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed)
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
    Garlic, fresh minced, 1 tsp
    Celery, 1/4 c minced
