Ingredients

    3 egg whites and one whole egg
    1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup instant or "quick" oats
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 packet sweet n low or other not sugar sweetener
    1/2 cup blueberries (added just before cooking)

Description

I Found This Recipe (not Mine Originally) On The Body For Life Website And Tested It Out - It Was Delicious. The Only Changes I Made Were To Add Baking Powder And Also One Packet Of Sweet N Low (which I Did Not List). These Are As Delicious A Pancake As
