1 1/2 tbsp kosher salt OR 1 tbsp table salt
2 1/2 oz rye flour
2 1/2 oz wholemeal plain flour
1 lb 12 oz plain white flour
NONE of the flours should be bread flour, just plain, ordinary all purpose flour.
