    Fresh Chives, .5 cup chopped
    Sesame Oil, 3 1tsp
    *Rice Paper Wraps-1 paper per roll/serving, 20 serving Cilantro, dried, 2 tbsp
    Rice Noodles, 125 grams (vermicilli)
