    2 tsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp each pepper and crushed red pepper flakes
    9 whole wheat lasagna noodles
    2 cups low fat/sodium cottage cheese
    1 egg white
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry, and chopped
    1 cup shredded skim milk mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
    3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (3 oz)
