    Serrano Peppers, .25 cup, chopped
    Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp


    Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
    Tofu, firm, 1 cup
    Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional, 0.5 cup

    Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 1 cup
    Water, tap, 3 cup
