Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    Boiled Chicken Breasts - 2, skin removed, shredded
    Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/2 Tbsp
    Curry powder - 1 Tbsp (or more to taste)
    Salt - 1 dash
    Mayo (not Miracle Whip) - 4 tbsp
    Mustard - 1 tsp
    Honey - 1 tbsp

    Optional (included in nutrition info):

    Celery, thinly chopped - 2 medium stalks
    Almonds (raw) - 1 oz chopped
    Cilantro (raw) - 4 tbsp chopped
    Raisins - 1/4 cup
    black pepper - 1 dash

Description

Goes Well Over Salads Instead Of Dressing, Delicious With Grapes. If You Are Unsure Of The Curry Powder, Start With 1 Tbsp (I Use 2 Because I Like Things Spicy).
