Book-spicy Nut Crusted Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

    Marinade:
    1 pound chicken breasts cut into 1 inch tenders, will yield approx. 4 tenders per breast
    3 chilis in abode sauce, remove seeds
    1 clove garlic, peeled
    2 limes, juiced, approx. 4 ounces of juice
    1 ounce apple cider

    Crust:
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds, raw and unsalted
    1/4 cup almonds, whole
    1/4 cup Japanese bread crumbs- panko
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    Pinch salt
    2 egg whites
