- 3 (6 oz.) cans Bumble Bee Crab Meat, pick out cartilage (OR 1 pound lump crabmeat)
4 medium scallions, green part only, minced (1/2 cup)
1 Tablespoon fresh dill, basil, parsley or cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
1 large egg
1/4 cup flour
4 Tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
Description
The Amount Of Bread Crumbs You Add Will Depend On The Crabmeat's Juiciness. Start With Smallest Amount, Adjust Seasonings, Then Add The Egg. If The Cakes Won't Bind At This Point, Then Add More Bread Crumbs, One Tablespoon At A Time.
