3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp agave nectar
2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 1/4 cup skim milk (could use almond, rice, soy, etc)
1 small apple, peeled and chopped
