Spinach Artichoke Dip Done Light

Ingredients

    1 c. daisy light sour cream
    1 c. philly light cream cheese
    2/3 c. cooked spinach, chopped and drained
    1/2 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
    1/5 c. finely shredded parmesan cheese
    1 can artichoke hearts in water, chopped
    1 tsp. boquet garni or french herb mix
    1 tsp. dried chives
    1/4 tsp cayenne (or less)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp ground pepper
