juice of 1/2 lime
2-3 kaffir lime leaves. fresh or frozen, cut into strips

2 cups Pac Choy, Boc Choy, chopped
4-6 shitake mushrooms
1 large yellow pepper, sliced
1 large carrot, sliced
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
