Ingredients
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp butter
30 oz chicken stock
1 small 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 14.5 oz can mexican style stewed tomatoes
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (i just throw frozen ones right in)
2 handfuls tortilla chips, crumbled (thickening agent)
Any other things you want to throw in, like corn, beans (I do black), etc :)
*Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low all day. Shred chicken before serving and return to crock pot. Serve with tortilla chips, avocado, cheese, and sour cream.
