Ingredients

    1 T olive oil
    1 medium onion chopped fine
    1- (14.5 oz can) petite diced tomatoes, no additives
    (or 6 roma tomatoes without skins or seeds, chopped)
    pinch white pepper
    2 cups low sodium vegetable broth
    1/2 cup white wine (optional)
    1/3 cup ground almonds
    12 oz halibut fillets, cut into 1 inch cubes
    2 cups loosely chopped bok choy (or fresh spinach), shredded
    2 T fresh chopped basil (optional)
    1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Stepf,This Recipe Was Wonderful! Probably One Of The Best I Have Tested! My Calculation Is About 30 Cal Less, Some From The Reduction Of The Oil. I Did Not Input The Optional Items- The Herbs Will Not Make Any Real Difference So I Won't Comment On T
