    2 tsp chopped red chili (3 with seeds?)
    5 oz pork, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup garlic chives, chopped
    2 Tbsp fish sauce
    2 Tbsp lime juice
    2 tsp soft brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup bean sprouts
    fresh cilantro
    1/4 cup unsalted roasted peanuts, chopped
    crisp fried onion, soft brown sugar and unsalted roasted peanuts to serve
