1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of cayenne
1/2 c. water
1 small sweet potato OR 1 medium carrot, diced
2 c. small cauliflower florets
1 medium bell pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
1/3 c. raisins
1-1/2 c. chick peas, canned and drained or soaked and cooked
