10 oz canned chicken
1/2 C safflower oil
1 C shredded napa cabbage
1 C shredded red cabbage
1/2 a cucumber - diced
8 radishes - sliced
2 carrots - shredded
1/2 C onion - sliced
salt & pepper to taste

I Watched RR Make Something Simliar To This On Her Talk Show One Afternoon And Tried To Recreate It. The Fried Onions Really Make This Salad But You Can Choose To Omit If They Are Just Too Much For You.
