Ingredients
- 2 Cups of broccoli slaw
2 Cups of shredded carrots
1 cup of shredded red cabbage
1 cup of jicama chopped fine
1 Cup of finely sliced cucumber with skin.
4 Cups of unsalted sunflower seeds
25 sliced whole kumquats
25 whole cherry tomatoes
5 cups of baby spinach (add just before serving)
10 tbs of S&W red wine oil free vinaigrette.
5 avocdos=1/2 sliced per salad
2 1/2 Cups of Italian Parsley chopped coarsely and mixed with ingredients to chill or store before serving.
Description
ALL INGREDIENTS ARE CHOPPED FIND AND COMBINED, EXCEPT FOR SPINACH, WHICH IS ADDED JUST BEFORE SERVING TO KEEP FRESH AND CRISP.
