    1/2 Jalapeno Pepper, diced small
    1/4 C. cilantro
    1/3 C. olive oil
    1/4 C. cider vinegar
    1 Tbls. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
