Ingredients

    flavorless nut-free oil or
    2 tbsp canola oil
    1/4 cup honey
    1 1/2 cup rolled oats

    1/4 cup almonds
    1/4 cup raspberries

    suggested nut-free additions
    1/2 cup golden raisins
    2 tbsp chopped, dried apricots
    3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
    2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted (optional)
    1/2 cup puffed rice
    1 cup corn flakes
    1 1/2 buckwheat or millet flakes
    3 tbsp chopped, dried apple or pineapple pieces
