1 cup Coconut
1 cup Chocolate chips
1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
1 cup Mixed nuts
1/2 cup peanuts
( I like to vary the ingredients for different options for ex... white choc chips and cranberries and macadamia nuts...or butterscotch chips ...be sure to NOT go over total dry ingredients or bars will be too crumbly)
