    2oz brussel sprouts
    32oz Kitchen Basics beef flavor stock
    32oz water
    garlic & herb seasoning and lots of black pepper
    small amt of salt (maybe 4 grinds)
    2c basic squash soup starter
    6oz roasted butternut squash
