Crab & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

    10-12 Mushrooms, fresh with large tops, stems removed.
    2 chunks or sticks of Imitation Crab Meat
    1 to 1 1/2 TBSP. Cream Cheese (Fat Free)
    1 to 1 1/2 TBSP. Sour Cream (Fat Free)
    5 Sprays of 0-Calorie butter spray
    1 TBSP. Grated Parmesan
    1 to 1 1/2 TBSP. Shredded Cheese (any flavor - I prefer cheddar, and you can use low fat or fat free)
    1 TSP. Paprika
    1 TSP. Parsley
    1/2 TBSP. Dried Minced Onion Flakes
    1 to 1 1/2 TBSP. Bacon Bits or Pieces
    1 Wedge Light Swiss Flavored Cheese (Laughing Cow, Weight Watchers, or Aldi Happy Farms will work)
    Dash of Worcestshire Sauce
    Nonstick Cooking Spray (such as Canola or Butter-flavored Pam)

    Additional options (Just be sure to add them to your nutrition tracker if you use them!):
    1 TSP. Pimentos (jarred)
    1 TSP. Dijonnaise (for added tang)
    1 to 1 1/2 TBSP Bacon Bits or Pieces
    Lite Salt or No-Salt product to taste
    Black Pepper or other seasonings to taste.
