Agasifan Whole Wheat Pasta Turkey Salad

Ingredients

    12 oz whole wheat dried pasta, cooked
    12 oz turkey breast, diced into 1/2 inch pieces
    1/2 cup craisins
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 large carrot, shredded
    3 medium celery stalks, sliced thin
    2 medium apples, diced
    Chopped walnuts (optional...not included in calorie count

    ---------------- Dressing -------------------------
    2 Cups low fat plain yogurt
    4 tbsp Light mayonaise
    3 tsp dijon mustard
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1 dash salt
    2 tsp curry powder (or to taste...omit if you want)
    1 tbsp Splenda

Description

This Is A Low Sodium/low Fat Recipe...add More Salt To The Dressing If You Wish. I Use Curry Powder To Make Up For The Lack Of Salt...you May Omit It If You Want. Feel Free To Add Some Chopped Nuts, But I Did Not Calculate For Them.
