2 Cups low fat plain yogurt
4 tbsp Light mayonaise
3 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 dash salt
2 tsp curry powder (or to taste...omit if you want)
1 tbsp Splenda
Description
This Is A Low Sodium/low Fat Recipe...add More Salt To The Dressing If You Wish. I Use Curry Powder To Make Up For The Lack Of Salt...you May Omit It If You Want. Feel Free To Add Some Chopped Nuts, But I Did Not Calculate For Them.
