Ingredients
- What's cool about this recipe is that it's all fresh ingredients, and there's almost no cooking. Because of this, it's very easy to make, just throw together what you already have. Ingredients are approximates, and you can alter to your taste. I have smaller amounts of the foods that I don't like as much, and larger amounts of foods that I like more. Alter to your taste!
*brown rice, about 1.5-2 cups cooked. Nutrition Info is based on 2 cups of cooked rice.
All of the following vegetables are chopped up, use bigger chunks or smaller chunks, whatever you like!
*2 carrot sticks, medium sized, or 1 large one
*broccoli, about one cup of florets. (I looove broccoli!)
*red bell pepper. I use just a small handful of chopped pieces.
*almonds, a small handful of them sliced as thin as you can slice them.
*raisins. As many as you like, I have about 30 logged in for nutrition info.
*raw onion, I use like half of a small one.
*celery, about one medium stalk.
*sunflower seeds (this is probably one of the least necessary. If you have them on hand, a small handful will add great flavor and texture.)
*tahini dressing to taste. I have 2.5 tbsp in for nutrition info.
