    1 large green apple, peeled, cored and diced
    1 cup ground almonds
    1 cup ground cashews
    1 cup ground hazelnuts
    1 1/2 cups fine breadcrumbs
    3 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp dried (or 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh) basil
    1 tsp dried (or 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh) thyme
    1/2 teaspoon dried (or 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh) sage
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1 Tbs Ener-G egg replacer
    3 Tbs warm water
    3 Tbs tamari (or soy sauce)
