Easy, delicious snack great for using up a bit of leftover holiday ham. Recipe is for a single serving, adjust for more munchies.
Ingredients:
1 slice Genius Multigrain Sandwich Bread [from glutenfree.com]
½ Tbsp butter or gluten free mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Honey Dijion mustard dressing [from Glutenfree.com] http://www.glutenfree.com/index.cfm/manufacturer/Walden-Farms/955077-___-Honey-Dijon-Dressing-Packets.html
2 slices mozzarella
2 slices ham (check for GF)
Dash of dried dill weed for garnish
Directions:
1. Spread a butter or mayonnaise on bread, then drizzle half of the Dijon dressing.
2. Layer ham onto bread, topping with cheese.
3. Broil until cheese starts to melt. Remove from broiler.
4. Drizzle the rest of the dressing over the top to bring the flavor to the forefront.
5. Sprinkle with dill weed & enjoy.
Variations: Substitute provolone cheese for the mozzarella. Use any of the breads available on Glutenfree.com.
