Vegan Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients

    4 1/2 Cups Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Pasta
    1 Cup Plain Light Soymilk
    1/3 Cup Raw, Unsalted Sliced Almonds
    1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
    3 Tbs Low-Sodium Tamari or Soy Sauce
    1 Tbs Tahini
    1 Tbs Fresh Lemon Juice
    2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1/2 tsp Paprika (smoked is awesome)
    1 Pinch Nutmeg
    2-4 Cloves of Garlic, optional
    Black pepper, to taste

I Borrowed This Recipe From VeganYumYum Website. I Took Out Several Of The Fatty Ingredients And Swapped In Almonds Instead Of Cashews. Just Some Minor Changes. Is Still Deliciously
