    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, finely chopped
    Onions, raw and finely chopped, 1 small
    Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) 20 Olives, chopped
    Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained and chopped
    Garlic, 5 cloves chopped

    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 1 large chopped

    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), chopped .50 cup
    Almonds, .50 cup, slivered
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp
    Jalapeno Peppers in vinegar , 1 pepper chopped
    Tomato Paste, .50 can (6 oz)
    Banana Peppers, 4 large (5" long)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp
    rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp.
