    .25 cup golden raisins (soaked)
    4 sprigs of saffron (crumbled)
    1 cup low sodium chicken broth
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    3 tablespoons capers
    10 fresh basil leaves
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    .25 cup toasted pine nuts
    seasalt
    pepper

    (white wine or anchovies, optional)
