1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2-1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
2 chicken breasts, chopped into bite size pieces, cooked with garlic and Italian Herb fresh mix
8 baby carrots, chopped
8 oz sliced mushrooms
6 oz whole wheat egg noodles
