Cashew Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients

    6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1.5 inch cubes;
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 cup yellow or red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
    1 cup cashews
    1 cup fresh mung bean sprouts
    4 cups broccoli, coarsely cut up
    1 lg. onion, coarsely chopped
    1 t garlic, minced
    2 T coconut oil
    1 T sesame oil
    1 t sea salt
    1 t cilantro
    .5 t cayenne pepper (more if you like it spicy)
    .5 t Chinese 5 Spice
    1 pkg. Swanson's Chicken Flavor Boost
    1 t Balsamic vinegar
