    1/2 tsp. EACH cayenne pepper and allspice
    2 medium carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
    1 russet potato, cut in 1 inch pieces
    1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut in 1 inch pieces
    1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 15 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    2 cooked chicken thighs
    salt and pepper
