    5 Cloves Garlic, put through a garlic press or minced
    500 Grams Finely Chopped Canned Tomato
    1/2 Cup Salsa
    1 1/2 Cup Cooked White Beans
    1 1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
    2 tsp Sea Salt
