My Best Soup

Ingredients

    2 boneless chicken breasts
    1 large can chicken noodle soup
    1 large box of chicken broth
    1/2 cup lemon juice (don't leave this out!)
    4 small white potatoes
    1/2 cup uncooked rice (or 1 cup cooked rice)
    1 head of cabbage
    2 cups cauliflower
    20 baby carrots
    2 tsp garlic/herb seasonings
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    salt and pepper to taste

    Cook the chicken with your favorite chicken seasonings!

This Is My Favorite Soup! I Have It At Least Once A Week During Cold Weather. It Is Low Fat, Very Filling And Children Love It, Too, So They Get The Veggies They Need! It Is Packed Full Of Nutrition.
