Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken broth
4-6 cups water
1 head small cabbage, quartered and sliced thinly
4 carrots, peeled and sliced on diagonal 1/4 inch thick
2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 can (396 ml) Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (796ml) Bioitalia Chopped Tomatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions, cut in half and sliced thinly
1 clove garlic, minced
1 stalk of celery, sliced on the diagonal 1/4 inch thick
1 zucchini, sliced into rounds 1/4 inch thick
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon or so oregano
1 teaspoon or so basil
3/4 cup of dried Dreamfields Elbow Macaroni, cooked and drained.
Description
NOTE: In Hawaii Cut Back The Liquid To Total No More Than 10 Cups. This Will Ensure The Entire Soup Will Fit In The Stock Pot. More Broth Can Be Added When Serving To Replace The Missing Broth.
