    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. corn starch mixed in 1 Tbsp. cold water
    Vegetables:
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 cup fresh/frozen broccoli florets
    1 cup sliced fresh/frozen carrots
    3/4 cup sliced fresh/frozen mushrooms
    1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
    1 cloves chopped fresh garlic (2 cloves prechopped garlic)
    1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
