Creole Chili (pork & Andouille Sausage)

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground pork
    1 Tbs. canola oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 bay leaf, fresh or dried
    1 can (14oz) chicken broth (I used 16oz)
    1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 Tbs. ground cumin
    1 Tbs. chili powder
    6 drops cayenne pepper sauce or Tabasco
    1/2 lb. andouille or chorizo sausage, diced
    coarse salt to taste
