  • 1/4 teaspoon grated whole nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup uncooked tubetti (tiny tube-shaped pasta) or other small pasta
  • 1 (5-ounce) package baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup shaved fresh Parmesan cheese
