- 1 tsp salad oil
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tsp fennel seed
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. Asian (toasted) sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. black sesame seed (optional)
