Ingredients

  • 2 c. crabmeat flaked, picked over
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. half-and-half
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 x lemon peel strips
  • 1/2 tsp grnd mace
  •     Salt to taste
