- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil or possibly 1 tsp. dry basil
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2/3 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 2 lrg ripe tomatoes cut into 1/4 inch thick slices about 3/4 lb.
- 1/4 c. shredded Gruyere or possibly Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese
