- 1/2 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 2 tsp Tomato paste
- Â Â Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- Â Â Vegetable oil
- 2 ounce Wholewheat flour
- 2 ounce Breadcrumbs
- 2 ounce Oats
- 1/2 pt Plain soy yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Chives
- 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
