  • 16 whl baby onions
  • 4 ounce Baby mushrooms, cooked whole
  • 4 ounce Streaky bacon, cut into lardons

  • 1 x Leek, minced into 1 inch slices
  • 4 x Carrots, sliced
  • 2 shot Calvados
  • 1/2 x Clove garlic
  •     Bouquet garni
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 ounce Fresh sage
  • 1/2 ounce Fresh parsley
  • 4 ounce Breadcrumbs
