- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Yellow cornmeal

- 1/2 c. Minced bell peppers
- 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco warm sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
