- 1 can (20 ounce) plum tomatoes
- 1 pt Clam juice
- Â Â Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 pch Saffron, soaked in 2 Tbls.
- Â Â Warm water 10 min
- 1 c. Dry sherry or possibly Sauterne
- Â Â Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 x Jumbo lobster tails, cut
- Â Â Into large chunks, shells &
- Â Â All
- 1Â 1/2 lb Jumbo green shrimp,
- Â Â Deveined
- 1 lb Scallops, rinsed & liquid removed
- 1Â 1/2 lb Fish fillets: bass, halibut,
- Â Â Snapper, cut into large
- Â Â Chunks
- 2 x Dz neck clams or possibly mussels
- Â Â Well scrubbed
- Â Â Sour dough bread
