  • 3 med Yellow onions thinly sliced
  • 6 Tbsp. Good extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh thyme
  •     Kosher salt to taste
  •     Black pepper, freshly grnd to taste

  • 2 x Lemons sliced paper thin
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
