- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. finely-minced onions
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/4 lb imported Swiss Gruyere cheese coarsely grated
- 1/4 lb imported Swiss Emmentaler cheese coarsely grated
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp grnd nutmeg, preferably freshly grated
