- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Chicken stock
- 2 tsp Cornstarch, mixed with
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 dsh Sesame oil

- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Rice wine or possibly dry sherry
- 1/2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
